The French Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs launched the Eiffel Excellence Scholarship Program to help French higher education institutions to enroll Brilliant international students in their master’s and Ph.D. programs.
The Eiffel Excellence Scholarship program is a Fully-funded scholarship for international students who wish to pursue their academic journey both Ms & PhD in France for free.
This scholarship was established for Developing countries’ students.
Age Requirements:
- 25-year-old students for Master applicant.
- 30-year-old for Ph.D. Level programs.
Application Timeline:
- Opening Date: 27 September 2022.
- Closing Date: 7th January 2023.
- Results Date: 4th April 2023.
Areas of Study
Under this scholarship, the following disciplinary Fields are available for Masters and Ph.D. applicants.
1.For Science and Technology:
- Biology and Health
- Ecological Transition
- Mathematics and Digital
- Engineering Sciences
2.For Humanities and Social Sciences.
- History, French language, and civilization
- Law and political science
- Economics and management
Level of Study:
1. Master Degree.
2. Engineering program.
3. Phd Program.

For Master Students:

- Monthly Stipend: €1,700 (Euro)

Note: For both elements of the program, tuition fees are not covered by the Eiffel program.

Contact the international relations department of a French institution via its website, e-mail, or phone to learn about the procedures and deadlines for submitting an application.It is up to you to select the school or university that best suits your study plans in France.
