It informs all international students that the Government of Taiwan announced a 2000 Fully-Funded Scholarship for international students to pursue their Bachelor’s, Master & PhD degrees in a top-ranking university for free.

2. The online application form: The applicant must complete the application form through the NTHU’s online application system. Download the form to paste a photo and sign in your handwriting at the bottom of the form.

7) Financial Statement

8) All applicants are required to provide either an official bank final balance statement (NTD 120,000 or USD 4,000) or proof of granted scholarship that shows their financial sustainability for study in Taiwan. All documents must be written in English or Chinese. The bank’s final balance statement(s) should be dated within the last 3 months from a financial institution.

9. Certification of Financial Responsibility Form
10) Print the declaration form (generated by the online application system) and after reviewing the form, please print and sign at the bottom of the form.

How to apply for this Scholarship?

Step-by-Step Application Procedure.

Step: 1
A)First you need to Go to the desired university’s Online Application System. You can do this by the link given in every university head below.

Note: You don’t need to apply separately for scholarships. Just apply on the university portal your application will be considered for a Fully funded Scholarship.

Step: 2
B) Create Your Account
Click “Register” to create a Login ID (email account) and password to set up an account. The system will create an account for you after clicking “Submit”. You cannot begin applying without first setting up your account. A valid email is required to continue the process, as this will be our primary means of communication with you. If you do not have a valid email account, please create one before proceeding.

Step: 3
Fill Out the Application Information
The application has five sections, which are
“Applicant Information,”
“Family Information,”
“Education Background,
“Language Background,” and “Other Information.” When finished with each section, please click “Save” and then “Next” to proceed.

Step: 4
Fill Out Recommenders and Send the NoticeFill out your recommenders and click “Send Notice” to proceed.

Step: 6
Upload Requirements
Prepare materials required for uploading. The applicant must upload all application
requirements. (Check requirements first).

Step: 7
Confirm and Submit Your Application
The applicant must confirm and click “Submit” to complete the application.
